Interview
The hiring manager had few pre set questions and asked from there. I had the feeling from the very beginning that, this interview process won't go any further. I am sure he was looking for another Indian to hire. It was a complete waste of time.

Interview
I was called by phone, and the interviewer briefly describes the position and what they want from the candidate. Then interviewer starts asking question, the asking-answering process continues. Maybe because it's conducted via phone, there is no active listening and talking happening. It ends one and half hour later.
