I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The process took about 1 month and half. I had two rounds of phone interview and one final round of phone screen, all technical and one hour for each. The interviewers were very nice and friendly, the entire interview process was pleasant. This position requires candidates to have advanced knowledge of computer architecture and operating systems, interview questions were also based on these. I didn't get the offer but I really enjoyed this interview process. Hope you guys all the best, please make sure you get all the basic concepts clear such as cache coherence, NUMA architecture before you go to your interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview consisted of 2 parts - first I was interviewed by a senior programmer who asked me general questions about what sort of games enjoy playing and on what platforms. A lot of emphasis was put on graphics and the value I put on graphics when I play a game - is it important to me? After this, the QA lead took over and asked more technical questions. Then, he proceeded to boot up a game on his computer and asked me to play it and answer question as I did so. He asked me questions about the play-session at the end as well.
