Nagarro Devops Engineer interview questions

Recently, I have applied for that job position and they mentioned 3 rounds of interview. 1, Aptitude test (50 questions in 12 minutes) 2, Second and Third round technical and they have given me positive reviews but again 3, they scheduled project round and in that round, they haven't mentioned anything about the project and simply they rejected my profile saying not fit for the role 4, Again they have scheduled one more project round with another team. When I ask for the feedback, simply saying your profile is on Hold . In the name of interviews, they are just doing timepass. In manageral/Project round , they never shoot me questions regarding what they are looking for and its relevant questions. Waste of time & effort and total 5 rounds of interviews they have considered and put in hold.

They never hire for project. They call as skill based hiring at the end you will be sitting in bench. Totally 5 rounds of interview, 1st screening with team member, they will ask some basic linux questions. 2nd round, technical discussion with project manager or hiring manager. It will be somewhat in depth. 3rd round, Director round they call and he will ask again something technically. 4th round, again they scheduled with some team members and this time also some tech discussion. Finally, they sent email mentioning that we need experienced person who manage team for this position. Actually, they would have identified my experience and skills in 2 round itself. They simply waste your time.
