Interview process starts with Aptitude test and being experienced person I feel its not necessary because we are not fresher. Also the time given for the aptitude exam is not sufficient as it gives 20 minutes for 30 questions.

Total 4 rounds of interviews Initial rounds were on the CV points & the later rounds were on career plans and industry, domain knowledge. The interview panel consisted of Sr. Consultants & Directors.
