I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nagarro (Pune) in Jun 2018
Interview
There is no systematic way to carry out the process as there was no invigilator to look an eye upon the candidates who appeared the coding test. Guys took help of internet to crack the test. The question standard was good enough to filter out less than 50% , but almost all guys were qualifying because of the process.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nagarro (Mumbai) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very unprofessional Interviewer and HR. I suggest do not waste time with this company. Interviewer was not sure of his questions and was googling and asking each question after 2 minutes of silence. He was also not prepared to accept any answers apart from the ones returned in his google search. No practical examples were appreciated. Just like another reviewer said here you need to mug up all the theoretical definitions only then you will make it. Also, HR will insist you to take all 3 rounds (1 online test and 2 technical rounds) ASAP. Then the HR will completely vanish from your life. They won't say whether you're selected/ rejected. My friend got a call from the HR after about a month of ghosting saying they can agree to a lower salary!
