The process comprised of two rounds a coding test followed by a face to face interview.
No reimbursement was given.
Wastage to time, money, resources.
Substandard staff.
Incompetent hiring process.
Wasted many hours just to get the result.

Question 1
The first was very basic coding question related to string.
In last question , an integer n was given , task was to print the pattern. Example given n=5,

first round is a OA round , 75 mins of aptitude , debugging, active passive and another 75 mins coding round which has 3 DSA questions , then if you'll give technical round after clearing first round and then the third round which was HR round

they asked me how the website pages works i mean what data structure can be used in that
Simple, basic questions- one stack question and some core java tricky question - type of interface , method reference like that and coding question is pretty simple and interviewer has no more knowledge depth in backend .

Got the email regarding the online assessment which I need to take it was online proctor and time constraints assessment so question was solely based on the aptitude and it was around 20-30 questions
