There are total 5-6 rounds to select a candidate, each round is eliminatory-
First 3 rounds are written, 1 IQ MCQ test, followed with 1 technical MCQ round and 1 Coding round with 3 questions.
Next, there will be a face to face technical interview (could be a Skype interview as well) followed by 1-2 telephonic technical discussions.
Once a person clears all the above rounds, HR will discuss on salary and benefits.
