Interview
I have over 13 years of IT experience in which i have been a ScrumMaster since 2016 and Agile Coach since 2019.
I was asked to undergo an Aptitude Test which is more of a mettle test having 30 questions in 20mins.
After clearing that test i was scheduled for a Technical Discussion level 1 for next day.
I was asked to be well groomed to attend the video call, but i believe the same wasnt communicated to the Interviewer.
The Questions that were asked were Vage and at a very high level which i manged to explain as per my real life experience.
Also the linkedin profile of the person who was taking the interview didnt reflect his experience on Agile/Scrum/Certifications.
The interview was wrapped up in 20 mins without any detailed discussion on any frameworks or coaching skills.
Questions were around Vendor, RFP, RFQ and Conflict in Vendors during agile transformation.
The most important question was to convince your client in 30 secs to adopt Agile.
I will request the HR to have a interview panel from the same role atleast.
You are projecting a Agile Coach Candidate to be interviewed by a typical Project Manager who is just in moved to a second job from last 14 years.

It was a face to face interview after a written test. It was a good experience speaking to agile department team in nangaroo ,although the interview precess was not good
