Interview
The process involved three technical rounds where the first was written round and the next two were video calls. Post that, there was HR discussion. The overall process was straight and did not take much time. They were very punctual on starting and finishing the interview right on time which made it easier to manage on weekdays.

They asked basic programming and aptitude related questions i n the written round.
In the video calls, the questions were centered around micro services architecture, performance improvement of an application, handling load etc.

I don't like the interview selection process for solution architect. I have 12 years experience and I have good technical knowledge in SFCC but they are taking aptitude test and general knowledge to filter out. I don't know that and also Now its not needed for me

There is 1 General Aptitude to start with.
It is followed by 2 Technical Rounds.
Finally there is a Hiring Manager Round.
Interview wary based on interviewers and the project. Questions are generally Technology oriented (like Java, .net etc) & Design pattern oriented.
