Interview was very short of 30 minutes , judged very quickly , behavior of Interviewer was not good ,bad experience with nagarro HR will ghost you and wont even send rejection mail.

They have a pathetic interview process. They conducted a walk in drive that had IQ test and QA test with just 15 systems available for the candidates to give test. Seeing the crowd, and unavailability of resources , they did not even consider stopping the entries and continued resulting in 1000 around people and no resources. Recruiters were confused taking candidates from one floor to other and wasting time. Recruiter messed up the resume and they were not in the order as people came in. They made candidates sitting from 9:30 a.m. to & 7:00 p.m and had just one interviewer to interview the candidates and decided that they will first take technical interview and then make them go for iq test depending on availability of system. when candidates asked HR to reschedule the interview as they did not had enogh resources (neither systems nor interviewer) to interview the candidates, she had the audacity to refuse and then HR just disappeared. Making candidates wait from morning 9:#0 a.m to evening 7:30 and then they going back without giving interviews. The most pathetic interview coordination seen and they did not event take accountability of their negligence.

I came to attend an Interview held in Nagarro (Noida location) on Saturday, 1st Sept,2018, for the Position of Quality Assurance Engineer which was a Walkin Interview. Fortunately, I cleared each round of Interview (Total 3 rounds), and told by HR that I have qualified the interview and they will call me back on Wednesday but I did not received any call from HR, so I called HR and asked to have further discussion, on which HR asked for some more time and told me that they will call me back. On Monday, I called the HR again to ask the status of my candidature, on which HR told me that I have qualified my interview but the Position, for which interview was held, is now on hold, so therefore they cannot go further. I am writing this to express my disappointment with Nagarro, which I always considered an admirable organisation and always aspire to work for. After clearing all the rounds of an Interview, and giving our entire day during the process, this was worse of words I heard. My advice to the HR and Management team is that, please do not conduct interview and select candidates until you are not sure about the positions whether they are temporary or permanent. Please conduct interview once you really have an opening in which you can give somebody a chance, otherwise please do not give false hope and waste time of candidates.
