I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nagarro (Johannesburg) in Jan 2023
Interview
I was sent an online test, I missed the test due to personal reasons and was given an extra chance. The test consisted of a coding test and technical test. The technical test was hectic as you could not use a calculator and you were moitored by video feed. But it was an overall good experience
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nagarro (Kiel) in Jan 2023
Interview
Initially, they asked me to appear for one IQ test which was very basic and shared the result soon. After that, the recruiter asked me to prepare a case study on a working day which I declined saying it is a working day and working on a case study would require some time. There were 2 case studies and she was looking for a quick turnaround, which was not possible for me. I completed the case studies and shared them the next day and then schedule a technical round where they asked few basics on Agile and a few details on my current and past projects. After that no more response, no feedback nothing.
