Telephonic screening of you resume to find the right fit. followed by a direct face to face interview. the interview was real good and the interviewer directly informed me that he is real satisfied with my performance and is moving me to the next round, which is basically the HR round. Over at the HR round I have been asked abt my total exp. and the current pkg. And finally the expected salary. The HR do not let you know the decision based on the technical discussion you had but they are more concerned about the package the candidate demands. I have asked them before I make out to the interview, whats their budget and I got no ans, I mentioned the percentage I wanted as a package on top of my current. They called me for the interview and after all going good, during the HR interview the HR was like 30% from my current is high for them and they will consider after approval and also I might have one more round after the aproval of the pkg. Actually there is no round like that. One of my friend works over there in Nagarro. Be open to the candidates regarding the salary part and if their demand is not up to your budget, tell them openly that they do not fit in their budget also mention whats your company budget for the specific position, rather mailing them that they have not been able to clear the interview. When the interviewer them-self mention the candidate that they are really good fit for the position and you HR people mail them that they have not cleared the interview... thats really surprising.
