Hiring process is simple. First round is Aptitude round with 40 questions to be done in 60 minutes.
There are 2 sections - 1) Quantitative ability 2) Reasoning
each questions carries 2.5 marks and -1 for wrong answer.
Cut off % is 60 for this round.
Immediately after this round you will be given a question paper containing 3 programs .
You have to write all of the three programs in 75 minutes with 100% accuracy i.e each and every case should be covered. then if your aptitude is cleared you will be called for technical round where you have to explain the interviewer what your logic is. He/She will ask you to optimize the code . If the interviewer is satisfied you will be called for a HR round .
HR round is simple and and generally interviewer will ask you about yourself and why you want to join nagarro.
