Nagarro Senior Associate interview questions

Pathetic processes. There was a time when Nagarro was known for its good processes, experiences, etc. But my experience with the company shows how low their interview standards have reached. They took a couple of days to complete the process, first few rounds on side and last final round on call. After which no one called up to give feedback status. When I called the contact person HR, he gave me the good news of my selection. Days passed, no positive response from HR. He then told that the opening has been closed for now. I kept contacting the HR as my friends were still receiving interview calls from Nagarro and few of them joined as well. Then the day arrived when my inbox shined up with Nagarro's email. The mail had nothing to say but interview's call letter for same position openings. I again called up the HR where he repeated the same "no openings". After getting to about the mail I received, he assured me that he will check and get back to me. Today I again had a word with him where he had only thing to say "openings to hain, lekin poora interview process fir se karna padega"

I Applied through Naukri.com. Invitation was send to me for weekend drive at the Gurgaon Office. Total of 5 Rounds were their. Round 1 : Coding Test (Sort of like Hackerank) 3 Coding Questions each having 10 Test cases which need to be passed. Atleast 10 Test cases should be paased out of 30 means you need to do just 1 Question perfectly. Round 2 : IQ Test. 50 Questions to be attempted in 12 minutes. Questions are very easy but you need to pace your self to attempt all. 30 correct questions and you are good to go. Round 3 : Online Technical Test. 3 Sections of 20 Questions each on Core Java, Spring & Hibernate. Depending on your profile, they will give you different set of questions. 60 percent passing criteria. Round 4 : F2F Technical Round. General Discussion on Collections, DB performance optimisation, Serialisation, Multithreading. Interviewer was very polite. Just be yourself and tell them clearly If you dont know the answer. Round 5 : F2F with an Architect. Asked me to speak for 2 minutes about my self without stoping. Just wanted to test my communication skills. Gave me a scenario to read a modified property file in Java without restarting the web server. Wanted to know my approach. Gave me another scenario and expected me to tell by which Design Pattern it can be solved. In my case it was Observer design Pattern. Later The HR called me to discuss compensation.
