Nagarro Senior Developer interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 month. Definitely hectic interview process. There are 3 rounds of online test. 1. Online IQ - 50 questions in 12 minutes. [Where someone call from Nagarro, and share the test link at the time of interview thru MS Teams, and we need to share our screen and Video] 2. Online Code test - 3 questions [Which is about 90 minutes thru Mettl. So this portal requires to enable video, audio and entire screen sharing while doing test and need to show your ID proof and snapshot of your face] 3. MCQ Test - 170 questions in 170 minutes [Which is really horrible, like writing school student final exam] Hence, All 3 online tests have taken around 5 hours(~). After completing 3 code test, will have Face to Face interview of 30 min, after this will have to face second technical round of more than 1 hour. After a week, They say your feedback is good and will let you know then after that they put your profile is on hold. The interview experience is good, but after such a long process and wait, the profile is on hold, that is a bad experience.

Snail paced recruitment process. Took them three weeks to screen analytical, logical and coding ability and get to first technical discussion. I had two other offers rolled out during this time but because the coding challenge was better here, I gave the interview. The interview experience was totally unpleasant. Interviewer started speaking in Hindi (I understand and speak Hindi well but assuming the candidate to be comfortable in languages other than English is unprofessional) and kept on giving life lectures on how I should have chosen differently in my previous experience. He kept on going with irrelevant questions even after I had given him justifications to my decisions. It is important to understand that there could be several unknown parameters in someone's life which you are unaware of which could be driving a decision. It's laughable that the interviewer thinks that I haven't made the best decisions in my life previously. (It's my life. I know what's the best possibility.) When the actual technical discussion began, first few questions made it clear that the interviewer was more focused on asking ancient corner questions which don't have much significance in today's development scenario. It was evident that the interviewer wanted to project that he is a superior individual to candidates. It's important to understand that an interview is an event to know how much a candidate understands rather than a display of what the interviewer knows. Afterwards, I kept losing interest in the interview and skipped all the questions with a no. My interview was complete in 15 minutes. I would be rightly rejected but wouldn't have enjoyed working in this ego-centric environment even if selected. Nagarro should train or change the recruitment team to be more compassionate.
