The process starts with a 2-hour technical assessment, followed by two technical rounds and one HR round. In my case, The first technical interview felt quite unprofessional — the interviewer seemed disengaged and inattentive, which made it difficult to have a meaningful conversation. The second technical round was much better, with a more structure.
However, I was eventually informed that I was being rejected because my experience didn’t match the role. That left me confused — if my experience wasn't aligned, it raises the question of why my resume was shortlisted in the first place. A clearer screening process would’ve saved time and effort on both sides.
In total, I invested nearly a full week preparing and interviewing only to get rejected like this. All the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The HR should atleast go through the recordings instead of just taking the feedback from the interviewer.
When I pointed it out to them , they came in again to offer me another round for interview.
