I attended a recruitment drive in August 2018 at nagarro gurgaon office and had i round aptitude + 3 rounds of technical interview for java profile. After succesfully clearing all those rounds and salary discussion, i was contacted by HR and asked for all the relevant documents like PAN, AAdhar , marksheets,etc,. needed for joining.
After uploading all those documents I waited for a week as they didn't updated me for further process. I called HR and asked about proceedings. She told that I have gap in my job career and they are having discussions with senior management to hire or not.
When they didn't replied for another week, i called HR again and this time she told the client has put project on hold and she will be updating me further.
They didn't updated me this time also, then I wrote a mail to them asking what is the real reason, whether they have policy of not considering candidates who have gaps in their career or what.
They never replied.
Please be clear while calling candidates for interview and go through their resumes carefully whether they fit into your requirements or not so that they can consider other opportunities rather than coming to your interviews and get fooled like this
