Nagarro Senior Software Developer interview questions

Round1: Basic telephonic screening Round2: Aptitude CBT Round3: Technical I Entire CICD pipeline Round 4: Technical II Kubernetes CNI plugin like weave and Ingress, objects like services and statefulsets Round5: Techno-managerial about projects worked on, Technical insights about them Round6: HR Discussion *Offer letter

First round was an easy written test. Then they took 3 interviews after that half hour each. Mostly on technical side. After taking these many rounds their HR realized that they don't have budget for me. Even though I already mentioned my inhand offer before the start of process itself. And rather giving something over my current offer, they offered me 30% less than that. What is this behavior? If you don't have budget, just simply don't waste the time of Candidate. Our time is precious, not sure about yours.
