Nagarro Senior Software Developer interview questions

3 rounds:- 1. Written - 4 Programming exercises - answer in any programming lanauge c, c++, c#, java 2. Interview - Basics rel. to technology 3. Interview with an Architect - questions depending on who the interviewer is. 4. Meeting with HR Round 1 and 2 on one day, round 3 and 4 on another, offer letter emailed to me 3-4 days after, salary negotiations on phone, some follow up mails and phone calls related to documents, queries, etc.

This is the most pathetic interview experience I've seen so far. I was called at their Gurgaon office for the aptitude test + technical discussions. The entire process took 3-4 hours and before I left I was told that everything is good and I should be expecting a call from the manager on the next day and this will be final round. Even after reminding HR multiple times regarding the pending manager call, I was told in the end that the position went on hold. If the position was not confirmed at first place then why did they went ahead with the interview process; and then why didn't the HR herself told me about it and wait for my mails to remind her.
