Nagarro Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Pathetic interview process - Having an experice of 8+ years you have to go through the aptitude, mcq, reasoning and many more formats of test before actual coding round or interview. You have to solve 30 questions in 20 mins. Questions are easy if you are freshers as you do prepare for such type of test. Any railway / banking aspirants gonna clear the interview but would be difficult for a experienced software engineer. Having such type of formats, Nagarro should consider hiring candidates preparing for railway and banking papers.

I got a call from one of the consultancies and they informed me about the five rounds. First round was IQ test, it was simple test. Second round was coding test where there were 4 questions, i have submitted 3 questions. Next round was mcq round. There were total of 170 questions and time given was 3:30 hours. I cleared that round as well. Next round was technical round. I got selected in that round. I was then invited for the second round. Interviewer asked me the questions related to my current work like how we estimate our story. Basic questions. After that I got no response mail from nagarro. I mailed the HR, but there was no response. After two weeks I again mailed the Hr of the consultancy and got a reply that I was not selected. They don't even bother to share the feedback. I have invested my 2 weeks in the interview process. I had given 5 rounds and not giving proper feedback is an unprofessional behaviour of Nagarro.
