Nagarro Software Developer interview questions

1st round was an online test, then it would be an IQ test. I have cleared both of them. Then I got an invite for a face-face interview. The interviewer was in a rush and did not even listen to the answers that I gave. He hardly asked 4-5 question and completed. I don't know why these guys waste our time. They have to respect each individual, if they don't want to hire, they should not invite people for interview.
