I apologize for the poor experience you had in during our recruitment process. You feedback is being taken seriously and we will address at any gap in communication that may have taken place in this case to ensure that it doesn't happen in the future. So, thank you for the feedback.
With regards to not needing to hire, that is not the case. Nagarro is always growing and we do have a need for a lot more colleagues who are sharp and passionate. As I mentioned, in your case or others that you mention, we didn't communicate well - either we think that you aren't a fit currently for our needs, or we still haven't decided one way or the other. In both cases, we should communicate clearly and in a timely fashion to you.
