Interview process involves online coding test, IQ test and three rounds of interview. Coding and IQ test helps employer to test candidate's problem solving and coding skills. However, for interview I found interviewer not at all thoroughly looking after candidate's practical development/problem solving skills which he earned through number of years spent in the industry. For me, interviewer asked me those typical rare questions which I never worked on or rarely encountered in my entire career...on top of that they never asked me questions catering other areas in my resume...so I believe interviewer lacked analysing complete profile of candidate..just because candidate fails to provide answers to ur typical rare questions does not make any candidate bad... interviewer also need to focus what all strengths candidate possess rather rejecting him on basis of few questions
