Very Bad experience in the interview process as they don't know how to take an interview and what to ask with the desired candidate. They are treating all the candidates at the same level. No difference in a fresher or a Technical lead or an architect. Infect there coding round is the worst. Their own team can’t clear this type of coding round. Seems like they are still conducting interview like it used to happen 10 years back. The company wants to compete with the big tech giants but they don’t how the tech giants work.Seems like they were hiring for NASA
