Prelim Screening 30 - 45 Min , Face to face Panel Interview 60 - 90 Min . Detailed interview with situations and how one handled the same . Examples for Achievement , how one had to change approach when things did not proceed as planned . Relevance of experience in the current Job . Verbal /email offer extended . Post acceptance detailed contract letter followed
Interview with hiring manager then with team member for technical interview and then with HR interview talking about the salary and the benefits . Each call is about an hour without direct question , just an open discussion to understand your background.

2 rounds, fair enough. The hiring commitee was asking regular interview questions. 1st round was in Bratislava Slovakia, 2nd round was in Vienna Austria. The immediate feedback and also a final feedback via Email was very promptly sent.
