I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nokia
Interview
This was through SFU's co-op program. I submitted a cover letter, resume, and transcript and got called for an interview at their office. There I was greeted by one of my interviewers and met up with the second interviewer. Then we found an empty meeting room and they started asking their questions. Occasionally, they asked me to use the whiteboard in the room to explain/draw my answers.

Question 1
How would you reverse the letters in an already made string?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
Got an interview with 3 people:
Most of the questions are technical and resume review. They asked about project and technologies I worked with before. 45 minutes video call interview.
I got contacted from hr. Got into an interview with a tech lead or senior dev. Easy interview, questions based on resume projects, egw what is a deadlock, some networking questions and a couple leetcode easy problems such as Fibonacci. And a couple of Python questions
The interview involved a wide range of questions focused on C/C++ language fundamentals and advanced concepts. Toward the end, I was also asked several general operating system questions. Although the atmosphere was friendly, the technical depth made the interview highly demanding, and the pressure felt similar to taking an exam. The interview was conducted onsite
