I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had applied through my college. The first round was an AMCAT test comprising aptitude questions, basic technical, english followed by coding round. Coding round had 2 questions to be completed in 45minutes. The questions were pretty easy and good knowledge of usage of loops, conditional statements, etc can be very easy.
The interview was held at Bangalore campus. Covered everything put up on the resume plus tricky puzzles. Quick and to the point answer can fetch you to place.
It was generally okay. They asked a lot of questions about almost everything written on my CV, which made the interview feel quite detailed and intense at times. However, their questions were relevant and showed that they had carefully reviewed my background. At the same time, they were helpful, supportive, and genuinely nice throughout the conversation, which made the overall experience more comfortable and positive.

Interview
The atmosphere during the interview was quite relaxed, which helped ease my nerves. The interviewer had a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, making it easy to engage in conversation. We chatted about my background and experiences, and they asked insightful questions that really made me think. I appreciated how they listened attentively and provided feedback throughout, creating a dialogue rather than a simple Q&A. Overall, it felt more like a discussion between two colleagues rather than a formal interview, which made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.
