Straight forward, technical, managerial and HR. It was a very friendly one, over a cup of tea. Doesn't look like a formal interview. It was similiar to a knowlege sharing and discussing more on future projects, but the key is to identify your strengths and how you will be able to adapt with the company culture.

First Interview was with Line Manager and second with Human Resources. The interview with Human Resources agent was quite relaxed, honest and objective. After first interview, two weeks later I was contacted by Human Resources for the second round. After Human Resources interview, I had an offer within 1-2 weeks.

Interview
Normal hiring process for Brazil. Three levels of interviews including HR. Background tests and drug tests are performed if hired. Usually Human Resources conducts a group activity to see how the candidates work in a team environment and who shows leadership skills, communication skills and problem solving skills. When interviewing managers it is important to highlight past experience, situations where the candidate had to deal with lots of pressure in tight time frames and how the candidate overcame obstacles to reach a successfull outcome
