I applied thru college. Process took around 3 days, Online programming test, interview and then offer. The online test were given a week or 2 before their visit on the campus. Candidates who passed were notified for the next steps.

Technical interview focused on data structures, big O, optimizations, and object oriented concepts. They also asked for relevant projects included in the resume.
