I already knew some of the team members so the process was quite fast, around 6 interviews between f2f and phone. It was clear what was expected from me and every next step. People were generally available for interviews as well as flexible. As they already knew me I did not have to do the psychological assessment, but I know that is usually a mandatory procedure.
