Interview
The hiring process in Nokia is consisted of three stages. In the first stage there is a test and a team assesment. In the second stage there is an interview and in the third stage there is a benefit interview.

Question 1
1)First stage:75 multiple choice questions in 75 minutes.
a)First 25 questions:choose between Java or C.
b)Second 25 questions: unix/bash programming
c)Last 25:TCP/IP networking.
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

Interview
highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
