3 rounds of interview. First 2 technical and finally was HR round. Technical Round consisted of Telecom related questions, programming skills. The questions asked were based on my CV and related to RF and 3G networks.

I applied online and it took maybe a week or so to get a call from the head of department to come to an interview. It was scheduled to only a couple days later. Three leading researchers were in the interview with me. Atmosphere there was really friendly and they seemed really interested in my motivation for the long run. They were also really interested in my academic results, which is unusual at least comparing to my previous experiences. The questions were partly technical, partly they just wanted to know about my personality. I didn't get an offer in the end, but I still received a non-automated email about two weeks later from the department head that they decided to choose another person for the position this time. Of course I was disappointed but still nice that I got to know it personally from the head. Hence a positive overall feeling of the whole process.
