Interviews were thorough and with key employees that I would eventually go on to work with on a daily basis. Everyone was welcoming and interested in getting to know me.

How good are you with IT? Clarifying that the role would require some IT assistance experience.
It was generally okay. They asked a lot of questions about almost everything written on my CV, which made the interview feel quite detailed and intense at times. However, their questions were relevant and showed that they had carefully reviewed my background. At the same time, they were helpful, supportive, and genuinely nice throughout the conversation, which made the overall experience more comfortable and positive.
