Nokia interview questions

The interview process was fairly straightforward but not very warm. After a brief introduction, they asked me to complete a task by sharing my screen and solving a problem on the spot. The communication felt a bit cold and the overall atmosphere was not very engaging. Although the interview was not difficult, the lack of interaction made the experience less comfortable.

The selection process includes three rounds, beginning with an aptitude and coding assessment, followed by two personal interview rounds featuring in-depth technical questions aligned with responsibilities and expectations of role.
