Interview
It was actually an Assessment Centre & Interviews.
There were 15 candidates in total. After a round of self-introduction from both the candidates and the hiring managers, we were split into two teams for a group activity. Each team is assigned a task to solve a problem together within 20 minutes, and we get to present our results after the discussion.
Next is the interview part. For the interview, each one is given a list of four questions, and has five minutes to prepare a 10 minute presentation. After the 5 minutes, we are called into the respective rooms, started off with self-introduction, and then the presentation, followed by the interview.
After the presentation and interview, they have brought us around for an office tour.
