~40 minutes phone call to briefly ascertain basic knowledge requirements in required fields for the position in question.
~3 hours in-person interview.
First 1.5 hours with staff currently holding position. They will ask you technical questions both related to the job in question but also related to things you mentioned on your resume, so don't lie on your resume. Will also present you with a skills-testing problem which involves resolving an actual network/software related issue that was encountered and solve previously in this role.
About 1 hour interview with Manager, questions are more about soft skills, team and collaboration related questions, overall work experience, and your own personal traits as an employee and individual member/contributor of a team.
About 30 minutes with the direct supervisor. Will ask you situational questions and how you would deal with them, in my case with respect to dealing with customers. Also asked my views on certain challenges encountered with other team members and how to overcome them to work together effectively.
