Interview
Firstly HR recruiter called to me one day after my application. She asked me about my salary preferences and time availability for working. Then I got a link with very easy coding assignments. Finally I had a interview in Nokia. Recruiters asked about a lot of details from Java, Python, it surprised me, because I was applying for a Java Developer, but I had a mention about Python in my CV. I had to write a code of their computer. I was very disappointed about very detailed questions about Linux, Git, Spring and others which some of them I had never worked before.

Interview
I've received an e-mail from Nokia HR Global a week after I applied for the position online, informing me that I've been selected for a first round interview at Nokia Dubai (this is where the position is based), they gave me a contact person in the HR department to arrange the interview with.
I sent him an e-mail as instructed by the HR Global, but got no reply from his end, in a couple of days I sent a reminder, he replied with a date and time for a phone interview, I cleared my schedule for the interview, but nobody called.
I e-mailed him again asking if there was any miscommunication here as this was not expected from a company like Nokia! Again he didn't reply!!
It was truly provocative for me to know what must be going on? So I called him on his phone no. that was provided in his e-mail, he answered, apologized and said he will send me an e-mail later in the day to reschedule for another interview, guess what? He never did!
At this point I had totally lost interest in the company but thought that I should e-mail this person's manager to let him know what kind of people they are hiring,, and...... He never replied either!!!
FYI, I come from a company who's not less than Nokia by any means, so I know how business is done and this has totally taken me by surprise!!
