Nokia interview questions

Got the job through employee referral. The first part of the selection process is a couple of tests. The logical reasoning test and questions about testing and bug tracking are compulsory. After these the candidate is asked to choose at least one from a set of programming-related tests (Java, Python, Web, C++, etc.). It takes about 2 hours. The second stage is an in-person interview. The interviewer asks who you are, what are main interests are and similar questions. Then you are asked to solve some mathematical and algorithm-related problems on a flip chart. Your English skills are tested as well (supposing that you live in a non-English speaking country). After a few years, the recruiter notifies you via email or phone. You might get to work with a different programming language than what you initially applied for.
