Nokia interview questions

The interview process consisted of three parts. The first part was a skills test including programming, networking and general linux questions. Also, after the skills test there was a group personality quiz, where you had to work with others to find a possible solution on a non programming problem. The second part was a technical interview. This was done by at least one line manager. In my case there were three people. On this part, you mostly had to defend everything written on your resume and ask some basic technical questions. The third and last part, was mostly an HR interview.
