I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Apr 2014
Interview
Interview process was very good two technical and one HR round. Everything was completed in one day. They had asked each and everything from the resume , how you implemented and all. 1st technical round was 2 hours taken by 2 people. 2nd was pretty easy.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was a relaxed phone interview with the supervisor I would be working under. It was conversational and open, though as a co-op interview not overly rigorous in terms of technical questions. I felt very comfortable in asking questions about what life at the company was like, what the job would consist of on a daily basis, what the attitude of colleagues would be, etc. Additionally, I felt well-prepared to answer the questions, as they were largely revolving around my attitude towards learning and my enthusiasm for new material.
