I applied through the website and got a brief phone interview. Question were very basic about my resume/projects and basic questions related to RF system design and DSP.
Main interview was about 3 hour long. All technical questions. If you are a new grad like i was just make sure you know the basics of RF circuit and system level design. Basic DSP and digital modulation schemes knowledge. Nothing too complicated.

Very detailed on experience on software and hardware knowlogy. Questions on major problems I had solved and what they were. Any subordinates I may have had. What I liked about the company I was going to have to leave due to their closure.
