Nokia interview questions

I passed through two interviews. Both interviewers were very kind and polite. They asked me questions about my technical skills like Java but also the checked my soft skills in depth.

There were three rounds of interview - IQ, Technical and HR. In the IQ test, there were logical and some decision making test in a group. There was also a psychology test and a minimum grade is required before you get the job offer. Security check and background check process take about a month time for non EU applicants.
