Nokia interview questions

I was referred to the position by a colleague. Following a phone interview I was invited to speak 1:1 with three different managers. Mostly questions about prior experience and if I was truly interested in the position. Best advice is find someone in the company that you know can vouch for you. It is very difficult coming in as an unknown.

I applied through Nokias online tool, and additionally contacted the according line manager (whose contact details where posted together with the job description). I've been then invited (by an HR Recruiting Assistant) to the Nokia House, and had a 1-hour interview with the HR person and the line manager. Atmosphere was very friendly (as the whole corporate culture at Nokia actually is), and they indicated that they are interested in hiring me. Unfortunately the further process took another 2 months, as I then was being assessed by an external company called Psycon, and additionally there was some further delay in providing an actual contract.
