Nokia Senior Software Developer interview questions

There were three rounds of interview - IQ, Technical and HR. In the IQ test, there were logical and some decision making test in a group. There was also a psychology test and a minimum grade is required before you get the job offer. Security check and background check process take about a month time for non EU applicants.

some basic technical questions. describe your previous projects. ask some questions from resume. plus write-exam. and at last discussing salary with HR. Finally, i got the offer in an email from HR. but the salary was not so good.
