normally first step is interview by phone, and then have conversation face to face which content revolved around technical matters of software ,knowledge, skill, working experience, as well as personalities .

Interview
First is Technical Exam about the main technology you pick. Normal algorithm problems only. Once passed, there's Technical Interview done by the Technical Lead of the team you will join. And Manager and HR combo Interview. Each will check if you fit the company standards.
