These challenges were relatively simple and focused on core programming concepts such as preprocessor directives, variables, the stack, and the heap. Afterward, I had a separate interview with a hiring manager, which was more focused on my soft skills, motivation, and my alignment with Nokia’s values and culture. The manager also asked about my previous experience and how I could contribute to the team’s objectives.
