I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Vandenberg AFB, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
There were 2 interviews: the screening interview and the panel interview.
The screening interview was on the phone took about 30 minutes and it was informal. Hiring manager talked about who he was, the position, and the location. Then I just talked about myself. Super casual.
The panel interview was also on the phone and consisted of 3 people, and the same process as the screening interview went on for the first part. Then the interviewers started talking about my projects and experiences and some behavioral questions. Super nice people and it was relatively straightforward.
