Northrop Grumman Associate Mechanical Engineer interview questions

Went through a phone screening that lasted twelve minutes. I then was interviewed a month later by two teams, a senior management group and team lead group. The interview lasted one hour. Most questions revolved around where I would fit within the project. The people were very nice and professional, but the process kept being delayed. One week almost always turned into one month for everything.
