Northrop Grumman Customer Service Analyst interview questions

It took about 3 weeks to get an interview after I received the questionaire. The questions during the interview weren't too bad. The two interviewers were nice. It was for a level 3 and I was asked would I take a level 2. I said yes I assumed I did great, but boy was I wrong. I waited 3 weeks for them to call me because that's how long they said it would take. So, I finally reached out to them and they told me that had picked someone else and would keep me in mind for other things. They said THEY would reach out to me if something came up. They actually put they in caps in the email. I found that a bit unprofessional. I have seen the same position on their board and have yet to get another interview with the conpany. I am qualified, but have no idea what they're looking for.
