Northrop Grumman Engineer interview questions

They wanted me to email them two pages worth of questions that I answered at their request. I didn't know that they cannot receive attachments on email due to their security. I completed the assignment in a day and then 3 weeks later was told I never sent in the questions. When I explained I had sent it several times they told me about the email problem...

First there was a phone interview with HR. After waiting for two months, there was a phone interview with one of the Technical managers and then an on site series of Panel interviews.
